This contract is made between the two parties specified in the contracting form attached hereto, referred to herein as “Party One” (the hosting service provider) and “Party Two” (the client / owner of the online store), collectively referred to as “the Parties.” In accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Civil Code No. 131 of 1948, the Commercial Law No. 17 of 1999, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, the E-Commerce Regulation Law No. 15 of 2022, the Anti-Cyber Crimes Law No. 175 of 2018, and the laws and regulations in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt, this agreement aims to organize the hosting relationship of the online store between Party One (the hosting service provider) and Party Two (the client / owner of the online store), whereby the hosting provider undertakes to provide the necessary technical, storage, and operational infrastructure for the client’s online store to operate on the internet, including the hosting of the website, databases, email services, information security, technical support, and backup, in exchange for an agreed-upon fee, ensuring specific service performance and quality levels, data protection, and operational continuity, all within a framework of transparency and adherence to the highest technical and legal quality standards in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Parties have agreed to the following:

Article (1) Definitions of the Contract
1- The words and expressions that follow - whenever mentioned in this contract - shall have the meanings assigned next to each of them, unless the context requires a different meaning:
2- The Contract: Refers to this online store hosting agreement in its entirety along with its provisions and annexes, with its preamble being an integral part thereof.
3- Hosting Provider: Party One in this contract; it is the company specialized in providing website and online store hosting services, licensed to engage in this activity.
4- Client: Party Two in this contract; it is the owner of the online store or the one responsible for it, who benefits from the hosting services.
5- Online Store: The website or application associated with the client, through which products or services are displayed and sold to customers.
6- Hosting Plan: The package of services provided by the hosting provider to the client, which includes storage space, bandwidth, databases, email accounts, and other resources, as specified in Annex (1) of this contract.
7- Server: The device or group of devices that host the online store, databases, and files.
8- Storage Space: The allocated space on the server for storing online store files (HTML, CSS, images, videos, files, etc.).
9- Bandwidth: The amount of data that can be transferred to and from the online store within a specified time period (usually monthly).
10- Database: The organized data storage system for the online store (such as information about products, customers, orders).
11- Service Availability Percentage (Uptime): The percentage of time that the online store is available and functioning properly.
12- Backup: The process of saving a copy of the online store’s data (files and database) in a separate location, to restore it in case the original data is lost.
13- SSL Certificate: A security certificate that encrypts the data transmitted between the online store and users to protect sensitive information (such as payment details and personal information).
14- Response Time: The time taken by the server to respond to a request from the browser or application.
15- Service Level (SLA): The specifications and technical standards for the hosting service, including uptime, storage capacity, transfer speed, and backup, as specified in Annex (1) of this contract.
16- Contract Duration: The timeframe within which the Parties are obligated to adhere to the terms of this agreement, as specified in Article (3) of this contract.
17- Related Parties: Includes affiliates, parent companies, sister companies, as well as directors, employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and representatives.

Article (2) Subject of the Contract and Scope of Services
1- First: Hosting Services:
2- The hosting provider shall provide the client with the following online store hosting services, detailed in Annex (1) of this contract:
3- Website Hosting: Providing storage space on the hosting provider's servers of size   GB.
4- Bandwidth: Providing monthly bandwidth of   GB.
5- Databases: Providing a number of   databases, with a total storage capacity of   MB per database.
6- Email Accounts: Providing   email accounts in the client’s domain, with a storage capacity of   MB per account.
7- SSL Certificate: Providing a free (or paid as per agreement) SSL certificate to secure the online store.
8- Backup: Conducting regular backups of the online store's data (files and database) according to the following schedule:

11- Data Restoration: Restoring the online store’s data from backups within   hours from the date of the client’s restoration request.
12- Technical Support: Providing technical support to the client during official working hours (or 24/7 as per agreement), to respond to inquiries and resolve technical issues.
13- Monitoring: Continuously monitoring the performance of the online store and servers, and notifying the client of any outage or technical issue.
