This contract is concluded between the two parties whose full data is indicated in the attached contracting form, referred to herein as "the First Party" (the hosting service provider) and "the Second Party" (the client), collectively referred to as "the Parties". In accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Civil Law No. 131 of 1948, the Commercial Law No. 17 of 1999, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, the Electronic Commerce Law No. 15 of 2022, the Anti-Cyber Crimes Law No. 175 of 2018, and the applicable laws and regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt, this agreement aims to regulate the relationship of hosting websites, applications, and data between the First Party (the hosting service provider) and the Second Party (the client), where the hosting provider commits to providing storage space and technical infrastructure on its servers, to operate and host the client's websites, applications, databases, files, and digital services, making them available online, while ensuring specified performance and service quality levels, data security and protection, operational continuity, backup, and technical support, in exchange for an agreed fee, within a framework of transparency and compliance with the highest standards of technical quality and applicable laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the two parties have agreed as follows:

Article (1) Definitions of the Agreement
1- The words and phrases below - wherever mentioned in this agreement - shall have the meanings stated next to each, unless the context necessitates another meaning:
2- The Agreement: refers to this hosting agreement in all its terms and annexes, with its preamble considered an integral part thereof.
3- The Hosting Provider: the First Party to this agreement, the company specialized in providing hosting services for websites, applications, and data, licensed to engage in this activity.
4- The Client: the Second Party to this agreement, the natural or legal person who benefits from the hosting services and operates its website, application, or data on the hosting provider's servers.
5- The Websites / Applications: the websites, applications, systems, digital services, files, databases, and any other content that the client hosts on the hosting provider's servers, as specified in Annex (1) of this agreement.
6- The Servers: the devices, systems, software, and technical infrastructure (whether physical or virtual) provided by the hosting provider for the operation and hosting of the client's websites, applications, and data.
7- The Hosting Plan: the package of services provided by the hosting provider to the client, which includes storage space, bandwidth, databases, email accounts, technical support level, and other resources, as detailed in Annex (1) of this agreement.
8- Storage Space: the allocated space on the server to store files of websites, applications, and databases.
9- Bandwidth: the amount of data that can be transferred to and from the websites or applications over a specified time period (usually monthly).
10- Database: an organized data storage system for the site or application.
11- SSL Certificate: a security certificate that encrypts data transferred between the website or application and users, to protect sensitive information.
12- Backup: the process of saving a copy of the client's data (files and databases) at a separate secure location for recovery in case of loss of the original data.
13- Service Availability Percentage (Uptime): the percentage of time the website or application is available and functioning normally on the internet.
14- Recovery Time: the amount of time the hosting provider takes to restore the client's data from backups.
15- Service Level (SLA): the specifications and technical standards for the hosting service, including uptime, storage capacity, transfer speed, backup, as detailed in Annex (2) of this agreement.
16- Hosting Duration: the time period during which the hosting provider is committed to providing the service to the client, as specified in Article (3) of this agreement.
17- Hosting Fees: the amount of money the client is obligated to pay the hosting provider for the services, as specified in Article (5) of this agreement.
18- Related Parties: includes subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies, as well as directors, employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and representatives.
