This contract is executed between the two parties whose complete details are outlined in the attached contracting form, referred to herein as "the First Party" (the electronic platform/operator) and "the Second Party" (the seller/trader), collectively referred to as "the Parties." In accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Civil Law No. 131 of 1948, the Commercial Law No. 17 of 1999, the Intellectual Property Rights Protection Law No. 82 of 2002, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, the Electronic Commerce Law No. 15 of 2022, the Anti-Cyber Crime Law No. 175 of 2018, and the applicable laws and regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt, this agreement aims to regulate the sales relationship through the electronic platform between the First Party (the electronic platform/operator) and the Second Party (the seller/trader), whereby the platform allows the seller to display and sell his products or services to consumers via its electronic platform, in exchange for financial and organizational obligations, with the specification of the rights and obligations of each party, membership terms, sales and delivery policies, payment and collection mechanisms, data protection, compensation terms, and penalties, all within a framework of transparency and adherence to the laws governing electronic commerce and consumer protection in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The parties have agreed on the following:

1- The words and phrases listed below - wherever they appear in this agreement - shall have the meanings specified next to each of them, unless the context of the text necessitates a different meaning:

2- The Agreement: refers to the seller agreement on this electronic platform in its entirety, including its annexes, and its preamble constitutes an integral part thereof.

3- The Electronic Platform / Operator: the first party to this agreement, which is the company that owns and operates the electronic platform and is licensed to engage in e-commerce activities.

4- The Seller / Merchant: the second party to this agreement, who is the natural or legal person that sells its products or services through the electronic platform.

5- The Platform: the website, application, and electronic system managed by the platform, which allows sellers to showcase and sell their products and provides consumers the ability to purchase them.

6- The Products: the goods or services that the seller offers for sale on the platform, as specified in

7- Sales Account: The seller's electronic account on the platform, through which he manages his products, orders, and sales operations.

8- Commission: The percentage or the monetary amount deducted by the platform from the value of each sale transaction conducted through the platform, as specified in Article (6) of this Agreement.
