This contract is made between the two parties whose complete details are outlined in the attached contracting form, referred to herein as "the first party" or "the employer," and "the second party" or "the employee," collectively referred to as "the parties"; and after both parties have acknowledged their full legal capacity to contract and comply, and in their desire to organize the employment relationship between them on the basis of clarity, balance, and mutual respect, and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable labor law, the parties have agreed to the following:

Article (1) Preamble and Contract Provisions

1- The aforementioned preamble and the attached appendices to this contract shall be considered an integral part of it and shall complement its provisions, to be read together as a single comprehensive document.

2- The data of the parties recorded in the attached contracting form shall be the basis for identifying their identities, characteristics, addresses, and means of communication with them, and there is no need to repeat them in the text of this contract.

3- The headings of the articles have been placed only for the convenience of reference and shall not be considered in the interpretation of the provisions or in determining their scope.

Article (2) Subject of the Contract and Appointment

1- The first party commits to appoint the second party to work for them in the position: ‎ ‎, and administratively follows: ‎ ‎.

2- The second party shall perform the duties of their position personally in accordance with the attached approved job description, and the instructions, policies, and legal procedures issued by the first party, provided that this does not conflict with the provisions of this contract or the applicable law.

3- The first party may amend the job duties or develop them or redistribute them whenever the requirements of the work necessitate it, provided that this does not result in a substantial change in the nature of the job or diminish the rights established for the second party.

4- The second party is obligated to perform any tasks related to the nature of their job or complementary to it, as long as they are within the limits of their qualifications and experiences and do not conflict with the provisions of this contract or the law.

5- This contract does not create any partnership, agency, or legal representation between the two parties, and the relationship between them is limited to the employment relationship governed by this contract.
