This clause could be legally stronger — I suggest adding the notice period and the method of delivery. Shall I apply the change?

Your contract mirrors your business: your terms, your order, your language. The custom editor gives you a blank page backed by a complete platform: free drafting, smart fields, AI that reviews with you, and a verified signature at the end. Your contract, your way, fully protected.

See how it works

1 Start anywhere

A blank page, a Word file you already have, or a PDF designed outside the platform — the editor takes them all and turns them into a contract you can edit and sign. No more “copy, paste and fix the formatting from scratch”.

Import WordImport PDFStart from scratch

2 Smart fields — drag and drop

Instead of blanks and underscores, drag a “party name”, “date” or “value” field and place it anywhere in the text. When the contract goes out, each party fills only their own fields — and the data lands in exactly the right place automatically.

3 A smart assistant that reviews alongside you

Write the clause in plain words and the AI redrafts it in legal language, spots conflicts and suggests missing clauses — an arbitration clause, say, or data protection. You make the call: apply it or ignore it.

4 Sign and send — from the same screen

Set the signers, their order and the strength of each signature (electronic, identity verification or token), then hit send. Your custom contract gets exactly the same full authentication: a completion certificate, a digital fingerprint and a public verification page.

What is the difference between the contract editor and an ordinary word processor?

Word is an excellent editor for writing — but it knows nothing about contracts: it does not distinguish parties, manage signatures, or verify anyone’s identity. The Wthaiq editor is built specifically for contracts: every document has defined parties, fields tied to each party, an ordered signing route, and automatic authentication with a completion certificate and a cryptographic fingerprint. You write once — and the platform handles the rest: sending, reminders, verification and archiving.

How do smart fields work?

A smart field is an element placed inside the contract text and assigned to a specific party: a name, an ID number, a date, an amount, a signature or a stamp. When the contract is sent, each party sees only their own fields and fills them in from their device, and the data appears automatically in the right place in the text. That removes the classic mistakes of manual filling: forgotten blanks, names in the wrong place, or conflicting copies of the same contract.

What exactly does the AI assistant do?

The assistant works inside the editor on three fronts: legal rewriting that turns plain wording into watertight clauses, suggestions for missing clauses recommended for your type of contract (arbitration, confidentiality or data protection, for example), and detection of conflicts between articles before you send. Suggestions are shown to you and the decision is always yours — not a character of your contract changes without your approval.

Does a custom contract carry the same legal standing as a ready-made one?

Yes, the authentication path is the same. As soon as the signatures are complete, your custom contract receives a unique document number, a completion certificate including the signers' details and the verification methods used, a complete timestamped event log, a digital fingerprint (HMAC-SHA256), and a public verification page with a QR code. The evidentiary strength comes from the authentication system, not from whether the contract is ready-made or custom.

Why Wthaiq?

A foundation you can trust.

No signature is issued without its proof: a verification code, identity confirmation when requested, a digital fingerprint (HMAC-SHA256 for platform contracts, SHA-256 for uploaded PDFs), and an audit trail any party can review.

Know with certainty who signed

The other party cannot sign until their identity is proven — by a method chosen according to the document's importance.

A fingerprint that cannot be tampered with

Every contract has a unique digital fingerprint (HMAC-SHA256 for platform contracts, SHA-256 for uploaded PDFs) and a full audit trail, and any change after signing produces a completely different fingerprint.

Quick questions

FAQ before your first custom contract.

Do I need legal expertise to use the editor?

No — you can write in your own everyday words and the smart assistant recasts it in legal wording, or you can start from a ready-made clause with the “/” command and edit it. And if you already have wording from your lawyer, import it exactly as it is.

Yes — DOCX files convert into fully editable text, and PDF files upload exactly as they are so you can add signature and data fields by drag and drop wherever you want.

Yes — once you set your contract up with its smart fields, you can reuse it with new parties, and every use creates a separate document with a unique number and its own log.

Only you — drafts are private to your account. And if you have a team, you can switch on internal review so a contract needs management approval before it goes to any outside party.

Your contract's content is yours — processing happens only to produce the suggestion, the content of your contracts is never used to train general models, and no other party sees it.

The same three platform strengths: an electronic signature with an OTP verification code, a signature with identity verification using an official document and face biometrics, and a digital signature with a token and an accredited certificate — and you can set a different strength for each signer.
