This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") sets out the rules and controls governing the use of all Wthaiq services.
This Policy aims to protect the Platform, its Users, and its service providers, and to ensure that the services are used in a lawful, secure, and responsible manner.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use, the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and all the other legal policies of Wthaiq.
This Policy applies to all Users of the Platform, including:

The Platform may impose temporary or permanent restrictions on accounts that cause excessive consumption affecting the stability of the services.
The User undertakes to respect all intellectual property rights belonging to Wthaiq or belonging to third parties.
The Platform may not be used in a manner that infringes copyright, trade marks, patents, trade secrets, or any other intellectual property rights.
It is prohibited to upload, create, share, or store any content that:
Any person who believes that content published through the Platform infringes that person's legal rights or that person's intellectual property rights may contact Wthaiq through the official channels.
The Platform may request documents or information in order to verify the request before taking any action.
Wthaiq may, to the extent necessary to protect its services and its Users, monitor the technical indicators and the operational activities in order to detect misuse or activities that breach this Policy.
This monitoring is not intended to review the content belonging to Users, save within the limits permitted by law or required by operational or security requirements.
If it appears to the Platform that there is a breach of this Policy, it may take any appropriate measure, including:
The measure is selected in proportion to the nature of the breach, its gravity, and its recurrence.
The Platform may cooperate with the competent judicial, security, or regulatory authorities where this is required under the law or in response to binding statutory orders or requests.
Wthaiq welcomes the responsible reporting of security vulnerabilities.
The person making the report undertakes the following:
This clause does not grant any authorisation to carry out security testing without prior consent.
Wthaiq may amend this Policy at any time where operational, security, or legal necessity so requires.
The amendments enter into force from the date of their publication or from the date specified therein.
If any provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory applicable law, that law shall apply to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict, with the remaining provisions continuing in force.
This Acceptable Use Policy enters into force as of the date specified at its beginning, and remains applicable throughout the period of use of the Wthaiq services, and the continued use of the Platform is deemed to constitute agreement to be bound by all of its provisions.
The User is prohibited from using any of the artificial intelligence services available through the Platform for the purpose of:

The storage space provided by Wthaiq may not be used as a general means of retaining files, of backup, or of sharing content unrelated to the use of the Platform's services.
The Platform may remove files that contravene the purpose designated for the service or that consume resources in an unreasonable manner, after taking such measures as it deems appropriate.
The User is prohibited from attempting to disable, bypass, or circumvent any security or technical measure used by Wthaiq, including:
It is prohibited to use the Platform, its services, its content, its interfaces, or its outputs for the purpose of developing, training, improving, or operating a competing service that relies substantially on the services or the content of Wthaiq, unless the Platform has agreed to this in writing.
Wthaiq reserves the right to assess the nature of the breach, its effects, and the extent of its seriousness, and to take the measure that it deems appropriate in a manner proportionate to the circumstances of each case.
The right of the Platform is not confined to the measures provided for in this Policy, and it may use any means or measure permitted by law or by the agreements concluded with the User in order to protect its services, its Users, or its rights.
The deletion of the infringing content, or the suspension or termination of the account, does not exempt the User from any legal or contractual liability that has arisen as a result of the User's breach.
If the User's breach of this Policy results in any losses, claims, damages, or costs borne by Wthaiq as a result of that breach, the User undertakes to indemnify the Platform in accordance with the indemnification provisions set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use, this being to the extent permitted by law.
The User acknowledges that the User has read the Acceptable Use Policy, has understood all the restrictions and obligations set out therein, and agrees to be bound by it when using any of the Wthaiq services, and any use of the services after the date of entry into force of this Policy is deemed to constitute binding acceptance of all of its provisions.
The Wthaiq services may not be used to provide similar or competing services to third parties, nor may they be resold, rented out, or sub-licensed, save after obtaining the prior written consent of the Platform.
It is prohibited to use Bots, Scripts, or any automated means to interact with the services of the Platform, unless those means are officially authorised through the application programming interfaces (API) or by written consent from Wthaiq.
Where the Platform provides a free plan, the User may not:
The User alone bears responsibility for ensuring that all files, documents, or data that the User uploads to the Platform:
If Wthaiq detects activity that may threaten the security of the Platform or of the Users, it may take immediate measures, including:
The User undertakes, upon the reasonable request of Wthaiq, to cooperate in the investigation of any misuse or security incident relating to the User's account, this being to the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to the User's statutory rights.
It is prohibited to use any means or arrangement intended to avoid the fees or the subscriptions due, or to obtain undue discounts or advantages.
The Platform may correct any accounting or technical error and recover the amounts due, wherever this is legally permissible.
In the event of a conflict between the interest of an individual User and the requirements of protecting the security of the Platform, of the remaining Users, or of compliance with the law, the Platform may take such measures as it deems appropriate to protect the security of its services, including restricting certain functions or suspending the account.
This Policy shall be construed together with the Terms and Conditions of Use, the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, and any other policies issued by Wthaiq, as an integrated legal framework.
The User acknowledges that any breach of this Policy may lead to contractual, technical, or legal measures being taken against the User, and that the User undertakes to use the Wthaiq services in a lawful, responsible, and secure manner, in accordance with all the legal documents approved by the Platform.
This document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts shall have jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of it or relating to it, and any arbitration — should the two parties agree upon it — shall be conducted within the Arab Republic of Egypt and in accordance with its laws, without prejudice to any mandatory rights afforded to the User under the applicable laws of the User's country of residence.
