Dashboard & tracking

All your contracts… In one dashboard.

No hunting through emails and folders to find out who has signed and who has not. One dashboard brings together all your contracts and their statuses, tracks every contract from the moment it is created until it is signed, and alerts you before every due date — with each event appearing the instant it happens in a live activity log.

Why one dashboard

Contract management It starts at signing — it does not end there.

A contract isn't finished when it's signed. It still needs following up: Who has not signed yet, when it expires, and when it needs renewing. When your contracts are scattered across emails, files and folders, things slip through. The dashboard fixes that at the root — it brings every contract onto one screen and shows you Everyone's status, live, and it alerts you ahead of every due date, so no contract slips past you and no deadline goes by.

A complete view of every contract

All your contracts — ready, custom and imported — on one screen, with quick cards showing you the total and how many contracts are in each status at a glance.

The status of every contract, live

Draft, awaiting signature, signed, or approaching expiry — in clear colours that change in front of you the moment any party signs, with no page refresh.

Fast search and filtering

Filter by status, type, party or date, and search by contract name, party or document number — and reach any contract in a second, however many you have.

Tracking the parties and the signatures

Open any contract to see who has signed and who has not, the order of roles, and send a reminder to whoever is late in one click from the same place.

A live activity log

A live feed showing every event on your contracts the moment it happens: created, sent, opened, signed or alerted — each with its time and the party behind it.

Alerts for every change

Alerts well before any contract expires or renews, and with every important change — so you can act in time, with no surprises and no missed dates.

From creation to archive

The whole contract cycle — from a single dashboard.

1

Create or import

Start from a ready contract in the library, write it in the custom editor, or import your own file — and it all shows up on the dashboard instantly.

2

Track the status live

See every contract in its live state: who has signed, who has not, and whose contract is close to expiring — without opening a single file.

3

Act from one place

Send a reminder, open a contract, renew, or download the authenticated copy — every action from the same screen, in one click.

4

Archive securely

Completed contracts are stored with a cryptographic fingerprint and a full event log, and stay available for verification and reference at any time.

70%Less time spent chasing contracts
ZeroA lost contract or a missed date

« Before Wthaiq we chased every contract by phone and email, and sometimes we would forget a renewal until it was too late. Now everything is in front of me on one dashboard — I know who has signed, who has not, and whose contract is nearly up at a glance, without opening a single file. Follow-up that used to take my whole day now takes minutes. »

What do I see on the dashboard?

The dashboard is your first screen after signing in: it brings all your contracts together in one place with quick cards showing you the total number of contracts, how many are awaiting signature, how many are fully signed, and how many are approaching expiry. Below that is a list of the latest contracts with each one's status and parties, and beside it a live activity log showing every event the moment it happens — all without opening a single contract.

How do I track the status of each contract?

Every contract has a clear status in its own colour: draft, awaiting signature, signed, or approaching expiry. The moment a party signs, opens the contract or a renewal date draws near, the status changes in front of you live with no page refresh. And you can open any contract to see who has signed and who has not and the order of roles, and send a reminder to whoever is late in one click from the same place — without leaving the dashboard.

Can I filter and search?

Yes — you can filter contracts by status (draft, awaiting, signed, expiring soon), or by type, party or date, and search by contract title, any party's name or the document number and get to the result in a second. Filtering works instantly on the list, so instead of scrolling through hundreds of contracts you see exactly what you need right now — for example every contract awaiting a particular party's signature, or every one expiring this month.

What is the activity log?

The activity log is a live feed at the side of the dashboard showing every event on your contracts as it happens: a draft created, sent for signature, opened by a party, signing completed, or a renewal falling due. Every event is recorded with its time and the party who performed it, so you can go back to any moment in the contract journey and see who did what and when — without asking anyone or digging through your inbox.

Quick questions

FAQ about the dashboard.

Does the dashboard really bring all my contracts together in one place?

Yes — all your contracts, whether picked ready-made from the library, written in the custom editor or imported, appear on one dashboard with their status, their date and their parties. No contract gets lost in an email or a folder.

Do statuses update live, or do I have to refresh the page?

Live — the moment a party signs, opens the contract or a renewal date approaches, the status and the figures on the dashboard change in front of you with no refresh, and the activity log records the event at that same moment.

How do I filter and search my contracts?

You can filter by status, type, party or date, and search by contract name, party or document number. Results appear instantly, so you reach any contract in a second, however many contracts you have.

What shows up in the activity log?

Every event on your contracts: created, sent, opened by a party, signed, or a renewal alert — each with its time and the party who performed it. So you can follow any contract’s journey end to end without asking anyone.

Do I get alerts before contracts expire?

Yes — the dashboard warns you in good time before any contract expires or renews, shows contracts nearing their end in a separate card, and sends you alerts on every important change so nothing takes you by surprise.

How are my dashboard and my contract data protected?

Your connection is fully TLS encrypted, your contracts are stored with a cryptographic fingerprint, and access to your dashboard is limited to your account alone. Every contract has its own event log, and the public verification page shows only that the document is valid, without revealing its contents.
