How do smart fields work?
A smart field is an element placed inside the contract text and assigned to a specific party: a name, an ID number, a date, an amount, a signature or a stamp. When the contract is sent, each party sees only their own fields and fills them in from their device, and the data appears automatically in the right place in the text. That removes the classic mistakes of manual filling: forgotten blanks, names in the wrong place, or conflicting copies of the same contract.

What exactly does the AI assistant do?
The assistant works inside the editor on three fronts: legal rewriting that turns plain wording into watertight clauses, suggestions for missing clauses recommended for your type of contract (arbitration, confidentiality or data protection, for example), and detection of conflicts between articles before you send. Suggestions are shown to you and the decision is always yours — not a character of your contract changes without your approval.

Does a custom contract carry the same legal standing as a ready-made one?
Yes — the authentication route is the same. As soon as the signatures are complete, your custom contract gets a unique document number, a completion certificate with the signers' details and the verification methods used, a full time-stamped event log, a SHA-256 fingerprint and a public verification page with a QR code. The strength of the proof comes from the authentication system — not from whether the contract was ready-made or custom.
