Service Delivery Policy
Version 5 October 2026
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Effective date: 28 September 2026
Chapter One: General Provisions
1. Purpose of this Policy
This policy (the "Policy") explains how WTHAIQ delivers the services a User purchases, how long delivery takes, where the User finds what they purchased, and what to do if delivery does not happen as described.
This Policy is to be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Subscriptions and Billing Policy, the Refund Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
2. Nature of What the Platform Sells
Everything WTHAIQ sells is a digital service provided online. The platform does not sell physical goods, so no purchase involves shipping or delivery to an address, and there are no shipping or delivery fees.
Chapter Two: Delivery Method and Time
3. Immediate Electronic Delivery
The service is delivered electronically to the User account from which the purchase was made, immediately once the payment gateway confirms that the payment succeeded, with no further action required from the User.
4. What Is Delivered and Where to Find It
- Plan subscription: activated on the account immediately; the plan, its term and its balances appear in the dashboard.
- Contract or template purchase: the contract is available in the dashboard immediately, ready to edit, download and send for signature.
- Custom contract activation: the trial restriction is lifted from the contract immediately, so it downloads without a watermark.
- Signature and identity-verification credits: added to the account balance immediately and shown in the dashboard.
- Developer API balance top-up: the amount is added to the API balance immediately and can be used through the API.
5. Delivery Confirmation
After every successful transaction a receipt is sent to the email address registered on the account, stating the service purchased, its amount, currency and date. Delivery is also recorded in the User's transaction history in the dashboard, which the User may consult at any time.
Chapter Three: Payment and Service Scope
6. Payment Methods
Payment is made in the currency stated in the price list displayed to the User at the time of purchase, with Visa, MasterCard or Meeza cards through the secure payment page of Qatar National Bank (QNB), or through Paddle or PayPal, according to the methods available to the User in the payment window. The service is not delivered before the payment is confirmed as successful.
7. Geographic Scope
Because delivery is electronic, the service is available to the User wherever they are, provided they have an internet connection, with no difference in the delivery method or time.
Chapter Four: When Delivery Fails
8. Delayed Activation
If the payment succeeds but the service does not appear on the account within a few minutes, the User should contact the support team at support@wthaiq.com, quoting the transaction reference shown on the receipt or on the payment page. The platform verifies the transaction with the payment gateway and then activates the service manually within 24 hours of receiving the request.
9. Charge Without Delivery
If the payment succeeds but the service is not delivered and cannot be activated within the period stated in the preceding clause, the amount is returned in full to the same payment method under clause 13 of the Refund Policy.
10. Accuracy of Account Details
The User is responsible for the accuracy of their email address and account details. Delivery is complete once the service is made available on the account from which the purchase was made, even if the receipt does not arrive because of an error in the registered email address.
Chapter Five: Final Provisions
11. Amendments
WTHAIQ may amend this Policy and will publish the amended version on the website. Amendments apply only to purchases made after their effective date.
12. Governing Language
The Arabic version published on the WTHAIQ website is the official and binding version of this Policy. Any version in another language is provided for convenience, and the Arabic text prevails in case of any difference in interpretation.
13. Contact
For questions about the delivery of a specific service, contact us by email at support@wthaiq.com.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts shall have jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of or relating to it; any arbitration — if agreed upon by the parties — shall likewise be conducted within the Arab Republic of Egypt and in accordance with its laws, without prejudice to any mandatory rights conferred upon the User by the applicable laws of the User’s country of residence.
